Affordable setup, properly done
Our setup service is priced to be affordable. It includes connecting all of your equipment correctly and calibrating your speakers evenly, so your system delivers true, balanced audio at its best. If an upgrade would make a real difference we'll tell you, but there's never any pressure. The goal is a system you're happy with at a price that feels fair.
What we check and tune
- Correct HDMI, eARC and source connections between the display, receiver and streamers
- Speaker levels, distances and crossover settings for every channel
- Subwoofer placement and integration, so bass is even rather than boomy
- Receiver and amplifier settings, including surround modes and Atmos configuration
- Diagnosis of problems such as missing channels, hum, dropouts and devices that won't talk to each other
- Universal or multi-purpose remote programming
Troubleshooting that gets to the root cause
Clients often call us when something isn't working and nobody can say why. One reviewer said Vince "diagnosed the issue with the surround sound and the Amp settings and solved the problem in a timely manner". He also programmed their multi-purpose remote. Another had several problems with their TV, receiver and speakers working together. Vince assessed the problem, explained his work as he went and fixed everything.
One-touch control
A great system should be easy to use. We can program a universal remote so that one button turns on the TV, receiver and source together, switches inputs and sets the volume. No more hunting through a drawer full of remotes.
