What is a multiroom audio system?
A multiroom audio system lets you listen to music in several rooms of your home. You can play different songs in different rooms at once, the same music everywhere, or just a few zones together, depending on the system you choose. It's the perfect upgrade whether you're converting your home into an entertainment space or the weekend party is your thing.
How our systems work
- App control: run your system from a phone, an iPad or an Android device
- Multiple sources: connect four to six sources, such as internet music streamers, CD changers, AV receivers and satellite radio tuners
- Room keypads: six keypads control playback in each listening area, with power, source, volume, bass, treble and balance on push buttons
- IR remote control: built-in infrared sensors let you control each zone from across the room
- Room to grow: expand beyond six rooms to as many as 36 zones with additional controllers and amplifiers
Designed and wired properly
We help with everything from designing the wire runs to choosing speakers, and we put the complete system together. Unless your home is already wired with CAT5/CAT6 and speaker cable, the installation involves running wiring through your walls. Planning during construction or renovation makes this far simpler, so we recommend involving us early.
Indoors and out
