Quotes are based on the information available at the time of consultation. If the scope changes, or site conditions differ from what was assessed (for example, wall construction that prevents wire concealment), we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling
We do our best to arrive on time and complete work as scheduled. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Equipment
Client-supplied equipment is installed as provided. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment, and any concerns about defective products should be directed to the retailer or manufacturer.
Site access and safety
Please ensure clear access to work areas. We take care to protect your home and leave the work area clean.
